  • Go Kart - Mechanics?

My Dad is shipping me a go kart he put together himself, but informed me.. it doesn't turn.

It doesn't turn because it's on a single axel.

When he did make his other kart it was on a split axel, turned perfectly fine, but only had breaks on one side..

so... question is what do I need to do to get this Go Kart to turn, and break evenly?

    Thanks everyone!

  • A SIMPLE FM TRANSMITTER?

After purchasing my car, I seen it does not come with an AUX connection. Well the radio is played out, and I need to play my music off my phone... can anyone suggest a good FM transmitter under $50.00 that will connect to my phone (HTC ONE)? Or do I have to buy a Ipod? (really don't want to) I have AUX on my phone that can connect to this FM Transmitter too!

I have seen a few on amazon, but they say you get what you pay for.

Has to be able to connect through FM radio, no AUX cord, no blue tooth. If it has a charger that would work as well.

  • DIY hair style - how too?

    http://distilleryimage11.s3.amazonaws.com/29d00642...

I would like to do my hair like this now that the season is changing. I already have my hair the blond - I would like to try to blend that redish with darker color. How would one proceed in doing this?

Anyone with experience can you assist?

Yes, I could go to someone to have my hair colored - but that is too easy, and a mommy of 3 doesn't have time for all that. Bed time is my time. :)

  • BUYING TIPS FOR PURCHASING A CAR?

Any experts out there on purchasing a car in cash? Haggling the price down about $500.00?

How to's? How not to's? Does appearance matter?

Saved up enough money again to buy a cash car.

    Details:

    Ford Freestyle

    Leather

    130,000 miles on it.

It's in my price range, car has been hit from behind (although does not say in car fax). But the rear has a replaced hitch (different color then the car).

    Leather isn't in great condition.

mainly all cosmetic - but I would still want to give it a paint job.

    - So I want to lower the price, and haggle. I'm a great seller, not the best buyer...

    Thanks all!

  • Fenders on a 2003 Dodge... Stupid question?

This is potentially a stupid question for all the car "Gods" out there, but I honestly don't know....

2003 Dodge 1500 - are the fenders aluminum, steel, or fiberglass?

And If they are steel or aluminum - and I switch to fiberglass it would lighten my truck weight a little right, in turn lowering my gas mileage right?

    Thanks!

  • Pipe under tub bust will homeowners insurance cover?

A pipe under my tub bust / was never installed properly. The restoration guys came out and then a plumber. Restoration guys were sent from my insurance, but the insurance never sent anyone to check out the source. Will my insurance cover this? Plumber billed for 1,200.00 since he had to rip out the tub, find the pipe, drill a little into the concrete, and then re-install my tub.

I do not have "flood insurance" but I do have Homeowners insurance... will I be covered?

  • If they fire me, is it legal?

I have been working for a company for a little less then a year now, and we have a new GM in place. She is requesting a background check from all employees, saying this was not initially done... which in my case it was, and is in my file. So...This will be my 2nd background check since I have started. My first background check came back as denied. I failed it, but was I given a chance to prove myself with a probationary period. I have surpassed the probationary period, and actually surprised my managers with my work ethics.

So, now that we have a "new" manager, and she is running the backgrounds... can I be fired from work? Is it legal for them to fire me if I have done nothing wrong?

    Thank you.
