Ok, I got screwed on some solar panels for the house. The loan is approved. The installer pulls the loan to purchase the panels for install. So now I am on the hook. Then, they proceed to get the permit to install. There is a problem with my property plat so they could not proceed until that was taken cared of. I am paying on the loan at this point. The plat needed to be a subdivision plat. 

The panel installer is now bankrupt and no longer around. The owner is now up in Iowa..somewhere. 

I cant remember what I used as collateral. I think it was my truck. I have been at my job for 18 years. We are about to move into a new house. At this point, all of my debt outside of this loan will be paid off. Truck title in hand, different address, etc.. Excellent credit.

I know I would take a hit on my credit score but what else would I be looking at if I decide to stop paying on this loan...after we are settled in the new house? $15K loan with a balance of ~$13k now.

What are the chances of the courts getting involved when it gets sent to collection. Again, I wont be living at the house that is on file at the bank. Can the collection agency dig into records to find my new address?

I finance purchased some solar panels. The install company tried to get the permit but the county wont issue because my survey is metes and bounds but it should be a subdivision plat. The property was originally 10 acres that was divided up into 3 plots. All of this was done before I moved in. I am the 3rd owner of my house. If I was aware of this I would not have purchased the solar panels because now I am paying for panels that I do not have. My neighbor(1 of the 3 plots) installed his septic tank and they had no issue giving him a permit. At this point what can I do?

Do I have to get the whole 10 acres re-surveyed or can I simply gather all the plots and have a survey company combine/compile it for subdivision plat submission?

I am a good father and love my children dearly. My 15 year old son is from a previous marriage. I have never missed a time to pick him up. Has always been there for everything. And has never missed a child support payment.

My son and I got into an argument about 2 years ago. I have not seen him since. He won't talk to me or anyone on my side of the family. Not being able to talk to him is killing me.

I have given him his space because of his age. Hoping he will come around one day. But this has gone on long enough. I replaced the pcm module in my ford truck. Now my truck won't start. I know about the programming a spare key ignition trick but is there a way I can re program my original key without calling a locksmith, going to the dealership, or buy some kind obII tool?

The amp has a crossover switch with FULL and LOW PASS as the options. There is also a LPF dial. My question is if I set the the switch to FULL mode, do I need to adjust the LPF dial at all? Or is the LPF dial only used when in LOW PASS mode?

When starting the truck, the oil pressure is sitting around 40-60 on the gauge. As soon as I touch the throttle, it shoots up and pegs out. What could be the cause?? Bad switch..bad pump??

I have a rcba-4882gg21 unit that needs to have the coil replaced. I can't find any coils for this model. What are some replacements I could use with the existing case? I found a couple of rcba-4882gp coils for sale. Would one of these work? What is the difference between the two models? Thank you for your response.

The ac unit works but has frozen over. I need to turn the fan blower on, but the fan wont turn without running the ac unit. Any ideas? Capacitor/relay was replaced last year.

At idle(1000RPMS), I am getting 14.5VDC at the battery. Took it around the block the other day and the bike shutoff. I had power to everything..lights, gauges, etc. It just quit running all of a sudden. It wasnt a spit and sputter and die situation. More like a power to coils suddenly shutoff situation.

Shortly after letting the bike sat for awhile, it fired right up. I drove it to the house and parked it. The bike is a 2006 model. I am thinking it could be the 30 amp circuit breaker. This has not been replaced yet. What say ye???

I am planning on buying some new brake rotors but I do not know which ones to get. I see some that says the center hole diameter is 2" and some that say 2 1/4". What is the reasoning for the hole dimentions? Is it for the wheel spacers to fit inside the rotor...up against the hub?

This is a custom build bike so I need to know some of the specifics.

Installed new voltage regulator. Never powered up the bike after install. Regulator is disconnected from the stator. Bike is showing 12.5v to the frame. Disconnected the regulator cable from the breaker and the short is gone.

I have replaced the battery on my motorcycle numerous times. I just got it out of the shop for electrical problems. When I took it to the shop, it had a shorted battery and a bad negative battery cable. The cable and battery were replaced then. Also, my run-turn-brake module was bad and my s&s ist ignition module was shot. All of this has been replaced. I have always had battery issues with this bike. Once I found out the cable was bad, I chalked all of my battery issues to the cable. I got the bike out of the shop 2 weeks ago.

This past week I had to ride it work, because the fuel pump went out on my truck at work....where it still sits. Ok, I will just take the bike. These last two days, the bike has gradually gotten harder to start(when the bike has sat for ~12 hours). I live in Texas so the outside temp is pretty hot now. I would be at a red light and I would smell this terrible odor. This is the first time I have smelled it. The bike is air cooled and of course would start to get hot at the light. Normal. But the smell?? Only when the bike was getting hot.

Ok..so now here is the deal. I drove it to work last night and got off this morning. Dead!! I pulled the seat off and saw like a rust color around the positive terminal and what appeared to be some type wet material...not much though. I rubbed it and smelled my finger. Bingo!! There is where the smell was coming from. Its a gel battery. Ok, so now I have a 1 month old brand new battery, that has only really been used a week straight, that is fried!!! 1 week worth of use. The past batteries would go around 4 months. And I now have 2 vehicles broke down in the parking lot at work.

This is the first battery that has actually leaked on me. I had another one that I returned and the battery place said that it was actually exploded internally. The others would just eventually short. What would cause this?? Another question....the starter is a ultima thunderfire 2.4KW starter, which requires 300amps. My battery is only 325amps. Could this be the reason why I keep toasting batteries? Sorry for the long post. I wanted to give some history of my issue.

I am building a motorcycle and would like to powder coat the engine covers to match my wheels. The powder I am using is POLYESTER TGIC. I am not sure how well it can handle the heat though. I am planning on doing this myself to cut down on costs. What would be best way to get this done? Could I paint the covers with a high temp paint, then powder coat over the high temp paint?
