Best Way to Lose Weight?
I need the best, nutritional way to lose weight. Something that will last forever. I am told that I do not eat enough, but I cannot seem to bring myself to eat when not hungry. I'll take any 'serious' advice. A nutritionist's answers would be greatly appreciated. Especially an exact meal plan/example. I would prefer to avoid pills/medication.
56 AnswersDiet & Fitness2 decades agoWhat does illegal immigration really mean to you today and for America in general in the future?
If one honestly considers the seige currently being conducted on this country today it becomes blatantly obvious that left unchecked the political and economic landscape as we know it today will virtually vanish before our very eyes.
Is it already too late or do there still exist viable alternatives to this literal invasion across our southern border?
5 AnswersImmigration2 decades agoHow do we really know that oil as an energy source is finite and not renewable?
as far as we have been told the presence of oil is as a result of the decay of vegetation/animals from millions of years ago and thus recovering it now will deplete the deposits in a short time...who's to say that oil isn't being formed/replenished in the ground daily as an on-going process within the earth's internal mechanisms...are we acting and reacting on facts or hocus pocus theory when we buy into the term "finite fossil fuel"
What say you?

20 AnswersOther - Games & Recreation2 decades agoI have a very simple question about polyester knit fabrics.....?
If you notice, clothes like tee shirts and other clothes made of knit material stretches...usually the material is made of 50%polyester and 50%cotton...neither of these fabrics alone are elastic..so why then do they stretch as a blended fabric?.....also, as a bonus question, if you'll notice the knit fabric will stretch alot in one direction but very little, if any, in the direction 90 degrees to it....why is that?....any fabric brainiacs out there...I gotta know this.....~
2 AnswersCleaning & Laundry2 decades agoare the current religions of today really here to stay for all time or is that just what we want to believe?
before you crucify me...hear me out. From the time man began to walk upright he has believed in a god...the Aztecs believed in Rey, God of the Sun, the Greeks believed in numerous Gods, the Egyptians worshipped their god etc...and these religions endured for many thousands of years..and now they are all gone...what makes us believe the religions of today won't meet the same fate in the next several thousand years? Just a question, what say you?~
14 AnswersReligion & Spirituality2 decades agoanother question on abortion...truly a question of survival?
In America, abortion is legal and we've been killing about 1/2 million babies a year for the past 30 years...thus the Christian population is stagnant due to this whereas the Muslim population is growing in astronomical proportions in American as well as Europe..soon they'll outnumber us and taking over our country will no longer require a gun just a valid voters registration....will Roe-v-Wade one day be looked back on as the beginning of the end of our Christian way of life?
14 AnswersPolitics2 decades agook, here's my abortion question...not a right or wrong issue but a question of the survival of a way of life
It's accepted that Rep's are largely pro-life and Dem's are largely pro-choice...in 2000 the Dems lost by a close margin. Since Roe-v-Wade 1/2 million babies per year have been aborted (practically all by Liberal mothers)Would that election have turned out differently if abortion was never been made legal?.....what say you?~~~
8 AnswersPolitics2 decades agoanyone ever considered the ramifications of allowing Turkey to become a member of the European Union?
Should this be allowed then like all European countries, the people of Turkey would be allowed to move freely from country to country without the need to show any papers whatsoever...so if Terrorists were to enter Turkey, then they too would be able to move freely througout Europe without any means of monitoring them....your thoughts on this

6 AnswersPhysics2 decades agoanother poem by Me...I hope you like it,please let me know~?
entitled: Young Love
Cupid has drawn and arrow
and he's flung a perfect shot it's pierced the skin about my chest
and in my heart burns hot
for I am in love with a fair young girl
so much I cannot say
but she is a victim of her tender youth
and a victim she'd like to stay
so Cupid must appear once more
to set this matter right
and with his tiny little bow
set and arrow into flight
that would come to rest within her chest
and lodge deep within her heart
so her fears would go and she'd come to know
that we should never part~~~
13 AnswersPerforming Arts2 decades agoI don't have a question, I just wanta comment on the "Jesus might be the homeless guy smelling of alcohol
first of all, I posed the question initially....then Optimistic p asked "would you" Well first I would ask the drunk if he was Jesus knowing that if he was Jesus he wouldn' lie...if he says no...then I wouldn't just give a drunk any money...if he say yes he is Jesus, I'd have to ask him about the water into wine thing....man that was a cool trick...
6 AnswersReligion & Spirituality2 decades agoif a homeless person smelling of alcohol asked you for $ would you refuse?
Ahhhhh but what if he is really Jesus just posing as a homeless person testing your willingness to share the prosperity that He has bestowed upon you.....what then?
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm~
20 AnswersReligion & Spirituality2 decades agoa poem by ME!.......let me know your thoughts after reading it..thank you...~~?
ONCE
Once as I was walking on a path through the trees
a flower with all it's beauty brought me to my knees
I wanted so dearly to pluck it but no matter how I tried
I couldn't bring myself to ruin this flower that I spied
so I sat there and I watched it as it tottered in the breeze
then looking up to heaven I got up from my knees
I gave a smile and thanked my God for pleasures such as these
then turned my back and sighed a sigh and walked on
through the trees
8 AnswersPerforming Arts2 decades agoI'm from Louisiana and I was just wondering what you thought about this?
Should the rest of the nation be expected to allow their hard earned tax money to go to rebuilding the city of New Orleans when very little is being done first to improve and strengthen the levee system that surrounds the bowl that is New Orleans.....does that make any sense to you?!?!?!
5 AnswersCultures & Groups2 decades agocan we REALLY trust Russia, Germany or France in the global war on terror?
If you will recall the "BIG THREE" were all on the take with Saddam Hussein and voted in the U.N. Security council NOT to invade Iraq. Later when the records and weapons were captured within Iraq....... Russian, German and French finger prints were tell tale signs of their collaboration with Hussein. So can we trust any of them now as the issues with Iran escalate?
