We're being eaten alive; I have to wash everything, steam the carpet and the furniture. These things are as small as a period. How do I get rid of them all? We have two Yorkies and one housecat, they are all being put on something today like Frontline. We can use OFF or something, but I'd much rather eradicate them from our home permanently.

I've moved once this year and had horrible service from Directv when they re-installed service at my new residence. I was recently displaced from that home because the landlord wanted to move back into their house. I called Directv and told them I was moving to a new location and they want $199 to install a new dish and hook up my boxes. When I complained that they advertised "Easy Moving for Free" they offered me a $50 credit towards installation. I told them to just cancel my service and then they stated there would be a charge for that. I want my service but I don't want to pay that ridiculous amount when they offered it for free. I can't even get the customer service rep to transfer me to a supervisor.

My credit is a little less than perfect, but not horrible. NFM will not approve me for credit and I really hate to go through a rental center. Any ideas???

How long did it take for you to get your refund from the State of Kansas if you filed a paper return?

I do not have any of the software required for any of the templates out there to purchase. I'd like to find a host that provides an easy to use site builder with templates for motorcycles so that I can design my own website.

I had Directv install a dish at my newly rented home. They installed the dish on the side of the house at ground level along with a box and more than 9 cables running in all directions. When I called to complain, they said they typically do not do roof installations any longer due to high winds and roof leaks. However, this home is only two years old and now looks cheesy as hell. They've definitely lowered the resale value and now I'll probably be sued by the homeowners.

Two teenage boys over 18 moved home to be with me for the first time in many, many years. My boyfriend tries to be a good role model but sometimes gets "bitchy". The oldest of the boys is rather lazy at times but is trying to do better. The younger has a job and still wants to be a kid at times but does help around the house. Boyfriend thinks they should be home during the day and up and about helping him with the house. I get caught up in the middle when he gets mad at them for not respecting him and doing as he asks. I have called neither, I just want other opinions. His ad for employment was on Craigslist.com. He has offered a reasonable salary. If you have any pertinent details, I'd really like to here them.

The pilot line seems to wiggle a little and when I try to tighten the nut, it doesn't seem to do any good. I've been to a few hardware stores and no one seems to have the part I need to replace it; or they're just not understanding what I mean. It would be costly to have a plumber come to my residence to fix something that is so trivial. My husband is out of town and we plan on replacing the tank but for now I just need hot water for a couple of weeks till he gets back.
