  • If your name is Muhammad, can you have your picture taken or a caricature drawn?

Just curious, does this law apply to everybody named Muhammad or just the original. And if it is allowed for everybody except the original, how do you know that anybody who draws Muhammad is drawing the original and not you or a fictional version?

  • How many people have seen the movie "Zeitgeist"?

How many actually believe this crap? I researched everywhere and found to validate their claims on Horus, Krishna, or Mithra. I had to stop 15 minutes in the film to search what the movie claims and when I found very little to nothing that supports it's claim I couldn't watch anymore, the entire film lost all it's credibility. Anybody else feel the same way?

  • Can you believe Barack Obama admitted his health care plan is going to make things worse?

"The reforms we seek would bring....inefficiencies to our health care system."

    -B.O. July 20, 2009

Some more truth revealing remarks about his plans for America:

"I think when you spread the wealth around, it's good for everybody." -B.O. Oct 12, 2008

"What I was suggesting -- you're absolutely right that John McCain has not talked about my Muslim faith..." -B.O.

"Let me be absolutely clear. Israel is a strong friend of Israel's. It will be a strong friend of Israel's under a McCain...administration. It will be a strong friend of Israel's under an Obama administration. So that policy is not going to change." -B.O. July 22, 2008

"On this Memorial Day, as our nation honors its unbroken line of fallen heroes -- and I see many of them in the audience here today -- our sense of patriotism is particularly strong." -B.O.

"I've now been in 57 states -- I think one left to go." -B.O.

"It's not surprising, then, they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations." -B.O.

"In case you missed it, this week, there was a tragedy in Kansas. Ten thousand people died -- an entire town destroyed." -B.O. -on a Kansas tornado that killed 12 people

Something stinks in America, it's starting to smell like B.O.

  • How dumb is Michael Crabtree?

Does he or his agent know that if they don't sign with the 49ers this year, they're going to get a considerably smaller offer next season by whoever drafts him. His only hope is to get traded which can't happen now until March. If he does re-enter the draft I'd be surprised if he breaks the top 20 especially with all the talented QBs coming out and already talk of at least 2 WR better than him who will probably be in the draft.

  • Have you ever noticed how "Best of Answers" always has basic questions yet still receive several stars?

Seriously, every time I log into answers the "best" are almost always generic or even stupid questions yet they'll receive 100s of stars, why is that? I think its because people think it must be interesting since its on the homepage for everybody to see. Can anybody think for themselves anymore or do they need to be told what's interesting? You see it everywhere and not just on here, too. Movie stars automatically become hot just because they were in a big movie and other people think they're hot. Politicians are believed to be in the right since the media won't report it when certain ones are in the wrong. Give me a star if you feel the same way.

  • Is abortion mentioned in the bible?

What do think this statement can be interpreted as?

you shall not boil a kid in its mother's milk

It might talk about what foods you can eat, but can't it also be used in the same context as abortions?

  • Women, what is the best pick-up line you've ever heard?

Usually I just go around grinding on women til I find one to take the bait, but sometimes if the music isn't loud so I actually have to say something. The best one so far is "You wanna go back to my place for some pizza and to f***? No, what you don't like pizza?" Anybody have any better ideas?

  • How annoying is this place going to be if it's L.A. vs Cleveland in the finals?

On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the most annoying, what do you think? I say it would be about a 9 and may become illegal having that many annoying people on the same website at the same time. There should be a limit to how many times the names Kobe and LeBron can be used.

  • When will Obama supporters stop using the excuse "he just got elected?"?

I've never heard an Obama supporter support their case with facts, just excuses. Case in point, Charles Barkley came to his defense while in jail for drunk driving over 2x the legal limit (which for a guy his size he had to have drank a gallon of Jack Daniels to be that high over) by calling Rush Limbaugh and anybody against Obama "jackasses" but didn't say why just that he has only been president for a couple months. Supposedly he is good friends with Obama and I can see why as they are both famous for doing nothing that has actually benefited this country. So I was wondering when people will stop using his limited time in the White House or the race card as an excuse and start to actually hold him accountable for his actions. Does anybody have any proof why his policies will work or when they will start to work? Because so far I don't see that big of a change between him and Bush except for the fact that now the government owns more banks.

  • Have you ever heard of Jonathan Krohn?

If not I'd suggest Googling him. That kid is a freak of nature and I'd vote for him in 4 years before I'd vote for Obama.

  • Do you think Chris Brown is a Democrat?

He must be because he can fool his girl as easily as Obama can fool Americans. What do you think?

  • Why is Obama comparing himself to Lincoln?

Abraham Lincoln was Republican, a great President and leader. The only similarity I see is that they are both extremely ugly but knew how to work a crowd. Am I missing something?

not that I'm complaining because they're all hot, but is there a reason for this is it just a coincidence?

  • How many people actually think the "stimulus" plan will work?

I don't know how many of you actually know what they're spending the money on, but here's some examples: $1 million for mosquito trap training in Florida; $280,000 for bee harvesting in Texas; $300,000 for Las Vegas museum of natural history, and these are only a few of the programs. This reminds me of FDR helping the country out of the depression by creating jobs such as chasing tumble weeds off the White House lawn. With fine government spending like that it's hard explain why the depression lasted so long. I wouldn't expect a doctor to heal my gunshot wounds with band-aids and I don't expect this spending to heal anything. If anything it will just create inflation and prolong the recession or even worsen it. How does everybody else feel?

  • Is the bible open for interpretaion?

I've heard alot of people say that it isn't, but I always wondered that if the bible wasn't open for interpretation, then why are there so many Christian denominations and congregations while Muslims and Jews only have a few? Which one is right? I bet it must be the one that you attend.

  • Have you ever thought that maybe Jesus is the Anti-Christ?

Just hear me out, I'm not making any statements. I'm just trying to get you to look at it from a different point of view. In revelation it states that the first beast would blasphemize God and have a wound that was severely wounded, but healed and the whole world marveled at this. How could you commit more of a blasphemy than to proclaim to be God? What bigger healed wound than to be crucified and return from the dead? Plus the whole world has marveled at this. Then the 2nd beast will come and make everybody worship the 1st beast and build statues in his honor. How many statues of Jesus have you seen? How many crucifixes? Then there's 666, which many scholars say is Vicarius Filii Dei, or Vicar of the Son of God, which Roman Numerals = 666. I've also read that the Anti-Christ will try to change the calendar after him. Now we have B.C. and A.D. Maybe the beast isn't Jesus, but the church created image of Jesus. It's all weird and probably just a coincidence, though. ?

  • Atheists, if you have any kind of insurance does it cover "Act of God"?

Just curious, because if you do wouldn't you be denying your faith and admitting that God does exist? How could you live with yourself? I hope you wouldn't sellout that easily, not for a few extra dollars.

  • Why are atheists so worried about hearing proof that God exists?

Why don't they spend as much time in the myth section asking for proof that dragons once existed? R&S is supposed to be a section to help others understand different religions and even their own more. I don't see how asking people to prove something is helping anybody when A: atheists don't really care to hear the answer to whether valid or not and B: people who do believe in a god don't care about proof either seeing as how they know their beliefs are about faith, not proof. That's why it's called beliefs not proofs. It just seems to me that these people asking these prove it questions belong better in the section "I'm a close-minded b**ch and have to try to bring other people down to increase my self worth." Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem with anybody. I just fail to see how asking for proof 1 million times is helping anybody, atheists included. Maybe it's just me though. And I bet at least 1 response will be "We'll keep asking until you prove it."
