My son is facing some serious charges involving a gun.(no not murder) but facing 2 counts aggravated assault on public servant. It was all a huge mistake and not at all as the way they are saying things happened. No witnesses other then the officers vouching for each other. One officer shot at my son becsuse he said he pointed a gun at him. My son says he did not do that and i have yet to see any proof suggesting otherwise. My son has been in jail for 6 months and still no court date.. My son has no other priors besides no drivers license. Ive spoke to other attorneys but are wanting too much up front. So he was given a court appointed one. He seems to not too interested in wasting his time regarding my sons case since " he's a court appointed case" I offered to pay him in payments if he could do all ge could to help my son. That is when he suggested he would take my husbsnds guns as a form of payment. And work out payment plan but My question is should I consider pawning the guns or not. Shouldn't he do al he can regardless? Please no rude comments.. just need some kind of helpful advise.

My son who will be 21 this yr. recieved ssi checks that were made payable to his payee who at the time was a friend. She was cashing his checks and after a few months she kicked him out. He came to live with me and about a yr. later I tried to apply for him since he was going to be 18. I was informed by the ssa that the last payment was returned a few month earlier. I then told them that he had been living with me for almost a yr. And that he hadnt been recieving any benefits. I was so upset that she never reportrd the change and had been cashing the checks for her own benefit that I reported it online,i called ssa and when my son went to apply for himself I gave them all the info I had. Now ssa is charging my son an overpmt. Of 6,000. I have argued with these ppl several times and filled out paperwork made an appeal and the wont do anything about it. Ive furnished them with her name, dates. phone#, address everything

I had at the time. Ive spoken to them and yhey said not to worry about it it was not his debt. Now they say they have no proof of anything I have submitted. I kept telling them that I reported the fraud and my son lived with me during the time she recieved the checks. They want proof that he didnt benefit from those payments. Dont know what to do. They want my son to make payment arrangements on a debt that was not his. I need some good advise as to what to do. The only yhing I have to show proof is his employment records showing the yr. In question that he was living with me. Somehow I dont think this will be enough. Please help...anyone

Im going to put tile floors in my home, and working on a budget so i cant spend too much. question is I am undecided regarding the color, i found a brownish color tile kinda like sienna not to dark 16x16 and another beige with cream and is glossy with a design etch on it really nice, but in a 12x12 i think. anyway, i really like the sienna color for the living room, kitchen, foyer and hallway, but i dont think it would look right in the bathroom, i like the beige for the bath. i have a very small bathroom so wold it look weird to have two diffrent tiles in a home? i plan to paint my living room in a grayish blue color french blue i think its called with white trim but still undecided in bathroom i really need some advise on this so if anyone knows please help

my sons girlfriend recently had her baby and her father is not letting my son see her. my son missed out on the birth of his daughter because his girlfriend is too scared of her father to say anything. my son provided for his gf throughout herpreg. even though he was not llowed to see her.she would sneekout to see my son i have pic of at my home when she would see him. his gf kept promissing him not to worry that after the baby was born that things will be diffrent.she even said that he would bethere for the birth too. but her father is a control freek and would not allow it. he even threatened to kill my son on several times. my son just turned 18. shes16 will be 17 in few months. i know if it were up to her she would want my son a part of their babyslife. my son is devastated depressed soo sad. it hurts me to see him this way cause hes done nothing wrong for her father to not like him. he used to let them see each other even after she found out she was preg. but all of a sudden he changed his mind this man has to have complete control of everything.i understand that she is still a minor but he shouldnt have a say in wheather my sonsees his own baby. apparently my son was good enough to fork over money but not good enough to see his baby.ive exchanged a few words with this man nd i feel that he is a hostil man cant talk like a human being. hes a drunk with 2 dwi and is on probation.i worry about my grandbaby. my son is having to find a lawyer in which he cant really afford but is going to try to get some visitation rights.it makes me sick to my stomach that this man thinks hes above everyone. i think i will call immigration on him. just to piss him off. and probably call cps cause hes a mean and hostil man that his own daughter cant even speak up for herself. what do you think? he should be glad that my son stepped up to the plate and provided for his gf and bought all kinds of things from diapers to crib for his baby. i am so angry at this man for what hes done to my son denying him his right to see his baby born.

I have a 50 gallon elect. water heater that has a leak. looks like a rust spot might be the cause. water heater is very old. I know i need to replace it. what i did was I shut off the power and shut off the cold water outlet. I drained the water out using a water hose. Thinking problem solved until i replace the water heater. But then after a while i noticed water leaking again from the same rust spot. Now i had to shut off the main water line to the whole house in order for the water heater to stop filling with water. what is up. could it be that the cold water shut off valve be bad or not working. How can i shut off the water coming into the water heater without having to shut water off to whole house. Husband at work and not due to come home for a couple of days.

My son and his girlfriend agreed that living together was not a good idea at the moment but that he would be involved with her preg as much as possible. My son works and works hard he doesnt make much but agreed to give her a100.00 a week to help her with what ever she needed. Her father agreed to let them see each other. All was good. They allowed my son to go over to see her they even let him spend the night a few times. after a couple of months they wanted my son to move in and talked about getting a bigger house. My son was all for it but thing is he makes about 300. a week and thats on a good week if weather permits.(works on roofs ) and her father wanted him to pay for half of rent and half of utilities. My son couldnt afford that and decided not to move in but stay at home and save money. Her father was upset about this but they moved anyway and now pay 1000.00 in rent as opposed to the 300 they were paying before. My son has been giving his gf her weeky pay in which she uses it to pay for her clothes and lunch for school. Her father quit buying her clothes and paying for her lunch. my son even pays for her cell phone. She scheduled an appt. to see the doc. and asked for 200. The weather hasnt been to good so he hadnt worked. so he asked her to reschedule her appt. for the following week to where he was able to give her money. weather was still bad so he was short only made 60. I asked about him about her application for medicaid but her parents are to busy to take her to turn it in. The other night my son was talking to his gf and her father got on the phone yelling at him and even threatned to kill him. he was upset about my son not having the money to give her. and demanded he meet him the next day. He told me not to get him a xmas gift and instead give him the money to help her. I felt bad for him so I gave him the money I was going to use on him so he can give her. Yesterday, I took him to his gf house so that he can give her the money and she said that her father wanted to talk to him and to give him the money. So he went to meet with his father at his shop. I stayed in the car and let my son go in and talk to her father. Next thing I know his gf little bro. comes out and tells me to go and get my son. We immediately went back to his gf house so that he can give her the money. My son told her that the meeting didnt go to well. She already knew about it cause her mother called her and told her about it. and now they dont want my son seeing her. she had to give back the cell phone. They said the only way she can be with my son is if she moves out. After talking with my husband we decided that was ok. as long as her parents agree in writeting since she is 16. but now they are threatning to file a restraining order against my son. . this girl wants to be with my son.but is terrified of her father so she does what he says. My son is now so depressed and doesnt know what to do or how he can talk to her.He wants me to talk to her father but I dont know if I should. Since her father is such a jerk. and gets off by bullying my son and his daughter. What should I do? and should I or my son file a protective order on him since he threatned my sons life not once but twice.? her fathers on probation by the

Ok its a bit long but bare with me. My son who is 17 has been working for a small roofing comp. He enjoys working and works hard. to prove that, he gets a 50cent raise like every other paycheck. he started at 7 hr and now is up to 9.00. Just last week thurs.he was fired. He calls me really upset to pick him up since he has no car (hes saving for one)I asked him what happened he said he was working and all of a sudden out of the blue hes told hes fired cause he wasnt wasnt working hard enough. And what was weird was that the guy who fired him (John)was just another worker who'd only been working for 10 months and not his boss Larry. But Larry was there when John fired him but he didnt say anything. So there i go to pick him up in the next town cause John said that Larry wasnt going to take him home. Anyway my son was really bummed out. as soon as we got home he called around for other jobs. I told my son to call Larry and ask why he let John fire him and that if he wasnt working hard enough then why all the pay raises. My son says that he is mistreated and he feels its cause he is not a Jehovas Witness. everyone who works in this little comp. is a JW. and Larry has envited my son to attend Jw meetings. and I feel that he is trying to convert my son into becomeing a JW. my son was raised Catholic. My son had gone a few times cause he feels pressured and wants to be on Larrys good side.Well my son told larry that his GF is preg. and will have to find a second job. Since then they have treated him badly saying he shouldnt be fornicating cause that was a sin. Well. just this past Sun. my son got the nerve to call larry and ask why he allowed john to fire him larry told him that they were just joking. that he could have his job back. My son asked why he didnt call and tell him so larry tells him he was waiting for my son to call. this is a really cruel joke my son was bummed out all weekend and worried he wasnt going to get another job fast enough. i told my son he should complain but he doesnt want to hes just happy he got his job back. he feels john just doesnt like him and since john is a close family friend to larry i guess he felt he had the authority to fire. I feel that this is just so wrong. and that larry should of said something to john the moment he told my son he was fired. instead of making me drive 15 miles to the next town and try to find where my son was working at to pick him up. My son says he is left out eating lunch in the work truck while the others dine at a restraunt. My son says john has thrown crow bars at him instead of away from him while he is picking up shingles from the ground and is told that he was just trying to scare him. His boss larry thinks all of this is funny. I dont see anything funny about it and it makes me soo mad. But my son doesnt want to make matters worse. He just wants to work. Ive thought about calling the comp owner who is Larrys father since he was the one who hired my son in the first place but i feel that my son is old enough to handle these things on his own he will be 18 in a few months and will be legally an adult. MOMMY cant be handling his affairs anymore. and i dont want to make things worse for him at work. Knowing John hed prob. make fun of my son for having his mother but in. Does anyone else agree with me and do you think it all boils down to religion? Please let me know what you think.

Parents called cops and reported her. I had no idea what was going on until the cops came to my door looking for them. I explained to the cop that my son was not home but would do my best to get the girl home when and if I see her. Cop made it clear that if they find the girl with my son he would be charged with harboring a runaway and be put in jail. Son calls and I tell him and her that the cops were looking for them and the consequences towards him if she doesnt go home. He said he would take her home. So, it turns out that she might be pregnant. what will happen to my son if she does go back home and finds out that she is pregnant and her parents decide to press charges for statutory rape?

Ok a week before Xmas, I called my sis to see how her xmas shopping was going and she broke down crying saying she didnt know what to do since money was tight this year although she managed to get her son a ps3 with a 42 in. flat screen. Anyway, I felt so bad for her that I told her that I would lend her what I could to help out. I flew down for xmas and stayed at my nieces house, My sister didnt come to see me only when it came down to getting the money. She didnt even come to see me the last day I was there. Any way, I was hurt but didnt fuss. The following days after I came home I called my sister and she never answered my calls so I called my niece to give her mother a message and to tell her not to send me the money but to give it to my son who is living in the same town. My sister called me a few weeks later upset that I put her in a spot and that she didnt have the money and didnt understand why I was harrasing her. She hung up on me and now refuses to pay back. What do I do?

My 8 month old started with a fever and diarreah he had it for about 3 days. I took him to the dr yesterday and she said he had a stomach virus and that it would go away on its own. today the fever was gone but now he broke out with a rash on his face mainly on his forehead and a few spots on his belly and back area. Hes is cranky and lethargic but he is still breastfeeding. I thought it might be roseola but not too sure since the rash doesnt look bumpy and didnt start on his torso but on his face mainly on his forehead. rash looks flat and patchy. I will take him back first thing monday morning if it doesnt clear up by then. I just want to know what it could be and if anyone has had this happen to their child.

My 16 year old wants to go live with his aunt in another city. Which means he will be about 9 hours away from home. He decided to move with her to go to a diffrent school since he was having so many problems here. After alot of thought I decided to let him go.He'll fly out tomarrow. My problem is that I am soo sad. I love my son soo much and I will miss him. He promised to call me every day. But I cant stop crying and he hasnt even left yet.

I am fixing to do some remodeling to my house and I cant decide what colors to paint my living room and kitchen. Its an open space. Ive gone to look at color samples at lowes and home depot but I am soo clueless as to what would look good. I dont want colors to clash with one another. Living room has cathedral ceiling with wood beams that have been painted. Looks like I would have strip paint off of them. Also will be putting in hardwood floors. medium color like chestnut. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you look at my last question, you will see why I want to put my son in boot camp, Last year my son was placed on probation ISP, (intensive supervison probation) for trying to sell prescribed pills he got from his cousin in school. He realised he did wrong but then shortly after he stole 2,000.00 from my sister (his aunt) and of course I had to pay it back, on a payment plan, when we went to court for the stolen money, I pleaded with the judge to put him in boot camp but the judge didnt. NOw a year later he is totally out of control, he doesnt even go to school and doesnt seem to care . I cry all the time cause im so stressed, I love my son soo much but i want to have him placed in boot camp.

Ok, I have a 15 soon to be a 16 yr.old son. And I feel like he is the worst son ever. Dont get me wrong, I love my son sooo much, but he treats me like crap and everyone else in the house. Im preg. and at a high risk. I am due any day now, My son has put me through soo much, he cusses at me he refuses to go to school, even after we went to court for truancy. We fight and yell when he has to get up for school which he ends up not going. he resently got arrested for theft, and again a few days after for trasspassing. He doesnt even sleep at home anymore, My fear is that he may be on drugs like meth My husband works soo much and is gone half the month sometimes longer. My son doesnt act up when his step father is home but my son is hardly at home when husband is. I am to meet with a probation officer on the 30th for his theft and trasspassing charges. Am i a bad mother if Iwant to put him in boot camp and I dont want him at home anymore. Things are so much peaceful when hes not here. HELP

I am 35 weeks preg. and for the past 2-3 weeks ive been dealing with sever itching all over body there is no rash visible. Ive discussed this with my OB and had liver check out. Results were normal. Hes prescribed Zertec, it helps but only for a short while. Ive also taken benadryl which only relieves itch for a short time also. I dont know what else to do. Now my hands and feet itch so bad, that I cause them to bleed. I trimmed my nails just so that I wont cause scarring. I am sooo tired. The only time i find relief is when I am asleep and I dont get to sleep very much. Did I mention, I suffer from insomia also. Im beginning to hate being pregnant. Is there anything else out there that may help with the itch. I cant stand it anymore, my feet and hands swell so bad that they look like sausages. lol. And now im dealing with carpal tunnel to my right hand to where it goes numb and pain radiates to my elbow. I see dr in 3 days. Has anyone gone through all this?

I am 331/2 weeks preg. and for the past few weeks I have had an uncontrollable itch. all over my body, mostly on my arms and legs. I scratch until I bleed. Its as if Ive been bit by a hundred mosquitos. There is no rash, I told my dr. about it and he suggested I change the soap I use. I have done that, I have also changed the laundry soap that I use, I also take cool showers. Ive tried all I could think of. Moisterizers dont help and benadryl helps just for a little while. but I dont like taking it much cause it makes me drowsy.I am going crazy. I cant stand this. and then to top it off I suffer from insomia. I have been put on Ambien and they dont help Im up all night and day. I have a few hours of sleep a day. Whats the Deal? I am beginning to hate being pregnant.
