I have a mortgage that I pay to a financial institution but it doesn't say freddie or fannie it is a bank.

In fact US home mortgage is who I pay my payment too.

I am told someone is backing my mortgage but who and how do I find that out exactly...I am sure my mortgage company won't be forth coming with this information.

Can you tell me how I would find this out?

OK, so EBAY is making this real confusing

None the less you have listing fees, you have seller final fees and THEN you have fees on the postage (yes, you PAY a percentage on the postage)...but none are together in the invoice, it jumps all over the place 1 item is listed 3-4 different places with different fees for each, and it appears that all fees are not the same percentage rate...I haven't even started with PAYPAL fees, but that is pretty up front and you pay as you go. So I am trying to get an over all idea of what percentage I am paying to EBAY for my time and my product for a no none sense, no extras, no more than 7 day auction type listing with no "buy it now" features.

What does the $88.00 equate to into percentage from $487.00?

Please don't answer $399.00 that's not a percentage and it's not what I am looking for.

All of this irritation and they still hold my funds for up to 21 days...

I am wondering if it is all worth it?

Ok so I sold an item for $5.00 and the postage was $8.00 that equals $13.00.

After EBAY took there fees out and paypal took there fees out I ended up with $3.58 to me for the item I sold. I didn't take out all the fancy stuff just the minimum AD with the one free photo.

How does some one manage to reduce the fees so that a person can actually make a decent sum on the item they sold? They say they only take out 9% which to me is huge but it seems like $1.42 is a far reach for 9% ...I'm getting $1.17 as 9%...I guess the .25 cents is the listing fee. There has to be a way to reduce the fees some how, I tried selling on ESTY.com and that was just a MAJOR waste of time and money, 6 sales in 7 months just isn't worth the time & effort waiting around 4 months for someone to come around and most of the time they don't pay...2 out of 6 sales didn't pay.

So I feel like I am kinda stuck right now with EBAY...any ideas?

I am trying to upload a video from my computer from my camera in the AVI format to facebook I don't know why it doesn't look like it is working. I hit the upload video/photo button, selected my video and select upload, then a pop-up says "please wait while your video is uploading" with what looks like a progress indicator, but nothing is coming up on the progress indicator. I have waited a few hours and nothing, just the same little pop up that says to wait...am I doing something wrong? I have never done this before so I guess I need a bit of direction from those of you who know...thanks :-))

I have an online store with ETSY under store name flaflowerfloozie but I am not receiving a whole lot of traffic. I would like to know how to get more traffic to my store, I don't have the funds to do pay-per-clicks or any of those gimmicks...I worry that they pay people to click on your ADs to benefit them since I have seen ADs for such work, so that option is out. I have a Facebook page under the same name flaflowerfloozie and a twitter acount under flaflowerfloozi that's not really doing anything at all. I can't seem to figure out how to get people to follow me there must be an insider knowledge to that I don't know about yet...so do you have any thoughts or ideas for me? Thanks for your help, FFF

Everything wants to open in note pad, how do I reconfigure this computer to either let me find the application I want to use or something? Not everything uses notepad and it all comes up as unreadable goop...Thanks

Ok, I tried farmville on my facebook page and to be quite frank with you I don't find it amusing in the least!

None the less I end up with all kinds of requests and what not and I would really like to unsubscribe from farmville and simplify my facebook page from all the hoopla...

Every time note pad opens up a document it is all encrypted I can't seem to figure out how to fix this issue...it looks like jumbled pig latin or something strange all messed up, but no real words I can actually understand.

My husband purchased used from a flea market yesterday an i-phone no sims card, no password and yes used...is there anyway we can bypass the password and unlock this so he can put his sims card in there and use it when he purchases a plan? There is a property that is abandoned (?) or has been empty for a while it has become a hazard due to lack of upkeep, it corners 4 other homes, recently damage was incurred to an joining property do to the issue, although our complaints are realized by our HOA the neighbors have been informed to contact the home owners insurance carrier to file a claim. How can we find out who holds the properties insurance policy...if any insurance?

I am having issues with my pets doctor being paid on a commission basis, the business manager got angry with me when I confronted them with this issue and why there prices were so astronomical, what I got as an answer was that they strive to be the best. I have an ethics issue with them being paid a commission. I want them thinking about my pets best interest not there personal bottom line. Would you have an issue with this? Would you worry about them selling you products or procedures your pet may not need? Diagnose an issue and maybe decide on one treatment instead of another because of the money issue and because it works better for them rather than for Your pet. How do you feel about your pet working on a commission based salary?

I am looking for a website that has the most vines or is dedicated just to vines, I have been searching over and over...for the most part, I am really interested in seeing rare varieties of climbing vines. I have yet to find a website like this.Do you have a website you know that you would describe as what I am looking for? I can remember as a kid my Mother talking to someone on the phone and saying I don't want to hear it "so & so" is a wash maid. As I got older I asked what a wash maid was. I am a home grower of starter plants and would like to know where I would be able to obtain a very small amount of this plant growth regulator Forchlorfenuron that was used that recently made China's watermelons explode. I know they used it wrong and I am not interested in huge rapid growth, I would be interested to see if I could obtain an upper hand on my competitor. Is there another option for this chemical that you could offer that could give me a decent result that might be easier to obtain?
