Im looking at buying a house that has the stone basement walls in it, the only thing down there is the furnace and water heater. But of the 4 walls one section looks as if the stone has been washed away and the basement is getting wet and has mud across the floor looks as if some stones are missing also its a section about 4ft wide and 6 ft tall. The wall on the right side of that wall looks to be bowing, Im looking to see what needs to be done and the cost of fixing. Further more there are no cracks nor uneven floors in the house the chimney is full in tact no cracks either. Any help would be great TY

My furnace is 9 years old, last summer i noticed the central air unit line into the unit was freezing up, well it was the end of summer so I didnt really worry about it. Through winter I noticed I had very little air flow through the furnace and this summer when I turned on the air it has the same low air flow. Any ideas on a fix? Thanks

I live in Ohio, I have a credit score of 609 not because its bad credit its excellent but jus low. Ive been in the same field of work for 10 years rented from the same place for 8 years I want to buy a house is there any program or mortgage company thatll even look at me? thanks for any advice

This computer was upgraded with vista and a video card installed but the video card is a vga standard which is saying "this device cannot start. (code 10). I am told this video card is for windows xp which was the system that was in it. Any ideas where I can find the fix to this problem beings the computer is using vista?

It does not come with a 32bit is there somewhere I can download this so I can use the 32 bit resolution on my current version of Vista?

I have to have a 32 bit driver for my net on vista to go where I want to go anyone know a site to download?

I have a desktop that I just got from my dad, it has wireless in it but it is not finding my network, he has a different service then i have for our wireless I have at&t any ideas on how to get it hooked up? Thanks

I have an ipod nano 2gb that I have had hooked to my car radio for a few months I brought it in to add more music to it and the computers I have a laptop and desktop, wont see its connected, I tried a different ipod with the same cord and it sees it any ideas?

My 6 month old kitty just got neutered yesterday and so did my 5 year old chihuahua I have had plenty of dogs fixed and they bounce back so quickly well my little kitten ate some last night when we got him home but this morning he will hardly eat he ate maybe 5 pieces of food he slept in my chair in my room last night and it looked like he hadnt moved but he just wants sleep,my dog is up and at em just like normal any ideas i bottle fed him from 3 weeks i have raised him and im really worried

Here is my situation I have a credit score after it being pulled of the highest number is 569 the lowest of 532 i have been out of bankrupcty for 5 years have had 3 lates on my car in the past 6 months due to my divorce but my other bills are perfectly paid and have been for at least a year i have a school loan a credit card and a computer loan and perfect rent history anyone know where I can get a 100% loan for a 60k house in Ohio? I really cant afford my credit pulled anymore i have one bank working on it but is taking forever! thanks!!!

We have been together for over 2 years and we want to buy a house we have known each other for like 9 years so we werent strangers when we got together but he is willing to sign his name to a 30 yr loan and not to me any sugguestions?
