If jesus was a man that origianally walked the earth 2000 years ago, and made such an impact on mankind, Why did it take the 4 gospels many years to write about him?..They forgot about jesus? Why does paul only know of a "Magical Jesus"..who performed miracles, But doesn't know of a historical jesus?

If jesus existed and was a true man, why make up false evidence of his existence?

Many christians are saying they have sufficient evidence that the bible is the true word of god?..well where is it? can someone give me show me where this evidence is? after 4 years of bible studying i can't find anything!.

Can someone explain to me how one can be an Atheist & Satanist?

Isn't that contradictory?..because of these 4 reasons.

1.Atheism- The lack of belief in god(s) The belief that there are no deities.

2.Satan is a "Deity" he is the deity of all evil. A god of all evil.

3.Satanism is "Monotheism"

4.Atheism is the rejection of "Theism".

So how can someone be an "Atheist/Satanist"?..maybe i'm wrong, but when i was an "Atheist" i never believe in satan! i have never actually heard someone say that they are an Atheist/Satanist..however there are many people who say that they are.

So help me understand.

First i would like to say, that if you call yourself a "Deist" and believes in the "Bible" and "Jesus Christ"..Then you are not a Deist! why? well this is why.

1.Deists don't believe in a personal god!

2.We reject all religious texts!

3.We have a belief based on "Reason" not "Faith".

4.The Story Of Jesus Christ is "Nonsense" (I'm sorry)

5. We don't believe in "Yahweh/Jehova" god of the bible

6.Please read "Thomas Paine The Age Of Reason" or "Common Sense"...you will see

7.Because it is an insult for one to link "Deism" and "Christianity" togather.

8.Deists, don't believe in miracles, or prayer/worship.

9.Our beliefs is based on the physical and natural universe and what we can understand through science.

I'm a Deist of course and i don't believe in an "After Life", and all the things i mentioned above, So if you call yourself a "Christian Deist" you are not because it contradicts entirely what "Deism" is about.

The only thing "Deists" and "Christians/Theists" have in common is we both believe in a "God" an all powerful being, a force that created the universe, Christians believe in things like miracles and worship, and an all loving god who knows all, you believe in Heaven & Hell, You believe in Satan, you believe God had a son.

Us deists don't believe any of the above.

I'm sorry..but any reasonable "Deist" will tell you the exact same thing.

....You cannot be a "Christian Deist".

The problem i have mostly with the "God & Satan" thing is this.

1.God himself is a "Deity"

2.Satan is also a "Deity"

3.God has the power to make humans do "Good".

4.Satan has the power to make humans do "Bad"

5.God must own 50% of humans

6.Satan must have an equal share as well that is 50%

7.God can do all things, he is all powerful

8.Satan can do all things he is all powerful

9.God cannot kill satan, if so he would have done it a a long time ago.

10.Satan cannot kill god, if so he would have done it a long time ago.

11.God created satan

12.Why can't god just destroy satan?

13.Why does god let satan temp people?

14.And most all of..Why does satan even exist?

15.If god is all knowing he should have known that satan would be his rival and equal therefor god should not have created him.

So if both of these "Deities" cannot kill each other,And they both own an equal share of humans..50/50 that means that must have made an arrangement on the lives on mankind. They must both place wagers on who and which humans to manipulate. So in other words "God" is no different then Satan, it is because of "God" satan exist!

In sometime in the past satan made a wager with god, to lure all "Atheists,Agnostics & Deists" into the pits of hell for eternity. God agreed because "Atheists" don't believe in him! they believe he does not exist when he declares that he does. God hate "Agnostics" because they won't choose he refers to them as fence sitters and god don't like fence sitters. And God hates "Deists" because they don't believe in a personal god, and believe in prayers, and most of all his beard and white robe.

Did jesus tell on himself in this particular passage in the bible.

Matthew Chapter 24:

24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

^ What's funny about this passage is jesus himself fits this exact description.

Acts Chapter 2

22 Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:

Okay, how do i suppose to believe a book that tells me about "Satyrs dancing in the desert?" unicorns coming from heaven! i guess these creatures are "Rare" today! or they were "Dinosaurs" according to "Christians".

I was reading an article about the roman catholic church, and there little celebrations regarding that of Easter and of course i found something interesting in one of the paragraphs i was reading.

"Our concerns of biblical literature and interpretations relies on hermeneutics"

That is a very weird term for "Christians/Catholics" to use. However this is a term surrounding that of "Greek" origins. Another case has been open for the New Testament considering it was written in "Greek". And the origins of "Christianity" surrounds that of "Rome". Now of course for those who don't know what "Hermeneutics" is.

It is a special branch of what is called "Metaphysics". But what's really funny! about this term! is that.......It's was named after the Greek god "Hermes".

So how did such a term like "Hermeneutics" get into the christian vocabulary? And not to mention the greek god Hermes was a "Pagan" god?.

I'm just asking, even though i'm a Deist! i have no problem with Atheists at all!, unless they are as "Dogmatic" as the theist.

Can you tell me why many of you hate atheists so much?

Why is America so Intolerant of Atheists? Not believing in god, does not make you a bad person! or a person without morals.

I am a Deist and my morals come from how i was raised, and how i treat people around me. Believing in god have nothing to do with my morality. I know "Some" of you don't believe in scientific facts like "Evolution" or the "Big Bang" but not all Atheists believe in both. No two atheists are alike, as well as a Christian, Agnostic or Deist. So please feel free to voice your opinions and speak from your heart and not from ignorance.

If Jesus came to die on a cross and save us all from eternal damnation, & He died for the sins of mankind, wouldn't it have been the same if he had died of old age? sickness? or even an accident?

Genesis Chapter 5 Verses 4,8,11,14,17,20,23,27,31,32

5:4 And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were 800 years: and he begat sons and daughters:

5:8 And all the days of Seth were 912 years: and he died.

5:11 And all the days of Enos were 905 years: and he died.

5:14 And all the days of Cainan were 910 years: and he died.

5:17 And all the days of Mahalaleel were 895 years: and he died.

5:20 And all the days of Jared were 962: and he died.

5:23 And all the days of Enoch were 365:

5:25 And Methuselah lived an 187, and begat Lamech.

5:27 And all the days of Methuselah were 969 years: and he died.

Why don't people today live nearly 1000 years? These verses is just ABSURD!. And not to mention verses 27 this guy "Methuselah" lived 969 years this guy should be in the "Guinness World Records" as a matter of fact all of them should be. But unfortunately it's just "Fiction".

If the bible is the word of god then why have it been edited several times?

because at the end of revelation the last book in the bible reads this

The Revelation Chapter 22 Verses 18-19

18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

^ These verses stands clearly, if so? Then why are there many different translations of the bible? I noticed the differences in several bibles especially reguarding some "Controversal" passages that have been changed so someone like myself won't "Take it out of context".

What are the chances that your god "Yahweh" is actually the TRUE GOD!. How do you know?

When you die there's a chance you can meet Zeus,Thor, Apollo or even Mtheros or perhaps Allah how do you actually know? When you die it might just go black you would not know either way. Even though i'm a "Deist" i don't claim to know a "God" i don't believe in a personal god because it's childish! i dont' even care about an afterlife. however us deist do take a leap of "Faith" no doubt but there is no dogmas envolved. prayer is silly (my opinion) and god writing a book and having a son is pretty much too far-fetched especially for a vast-universe, that we are apart of.

But! what are the chances that even when i die, i might end up confronting "Zeus"???? how do you know exactly who or which is the correct god, worthy of worship? The bible is not convincing enough i'm sorry but there are just to many absurdities in the bible along with choked and flawed stories. :P

How do you know if jesus is the real son of god? example:

If a man walks up to you and told you "I am the son of god" would you believe him? NO! you'll think he is a nut! and that statement is as irrefutable as a book being true because it says it is. but what are the chances that he could be telling the truth or lying? You would ask for evidence right? that's what any normal human being would do.

Theists are the biggest "Atheists" because you lack beliefs in other gods as well! if you don't believe in thor or osiris, then why should one accept yahweh? and jesus christ? these other gods recieve criticism for non-existing and are discarded as mythology, however jesus is already waiting at the north pole with the easter bunny. And santa claus is making them hot cocoa.

Have faith in something but make sure it's worth it.
