Will Mass Electric allow you to switch on electricity in your new apartment while still keeping it on in the old one for a couple of days? Or do they expect you to shut it off in one and turn it on in the other?

I stole this kinda from the Spirtual section and was wondering what people thought over here? If the father is expected to care for the baby shoudln't he have a say in whether or not the baby lives? I am kinda inclined to think that if the father wants the child he should be able to force the woman NOT to have an abortion. Forcing a woman to have an abortion is a bit much and I feel the father should have to care for his child if the mother decides to have the baby. But perhaps the mother should be forced to have the baby if the father wants it born.

is a bit much but really, why do you think it is ok to have sex with a girl whose judgment is impaired and might regret doing it? Are you that desperate for a lay?

I heard this in a movie once but feel it has some truth to it....The Difference between men and women is men learned to fall in love with what they find attractive while women learn to be attracted to that which they fall in love with. Your thoughts?

If evidence that God exists was given to man kind, would that not destroy religion. For if you had evidence than you no longer have faith and isn't faith what religion is based on?

A long time ago I heard over the radio a song that was sung in this deep voice that described the adventures of these farmers who were a small as mice. The chorus was sung by a choir of children and went like this

I have googled that little bit and still can't locate the song. Does anyone know?

And I expect a bunch of half baked responses about Obama and his minister friend. But give the man props. He told you the truth instead of placating to your ignorance. Minorities are angry at white society and whether you think they should be or not, they are. Maybe instead of yelling how things "aren't your fault" you could listen.

But my REAL question.... I feel like there is two or three not McCaine supporters, but anti Obama contenders who have hooked themselves up with 5-10 screen names and have been flooding this section with racist and offensive comments and questions. What A waste of time. Anyone agree?

He wouldn't be the democratic nomination if he has terrorist ties of any kind. The democrats want to win people, and oh yeah the democrats don't like terrorists either. How can you honestly believe that Obama has anything to do with terrorism? DOn't you think the democratic party has access to google to? I am fairly certain there was a thorough background check done on the man before he wa even allowed to run for senator, the primaries, let alone the presidency. GROW UP. Why are you so gullible?

it runs great, can't pass emissions inspection in MA, and the odometer has rolled over so am uncertain of the mileage. There is absolutly no rust or body damage.

So I have OCD and because I am under so much stress and pressure lately it has flared up to an almost unbearable level. I don't have to wash my hands or clean my house a million times a day (I am actually a bit of a slob) but I have rituals that I have to do every morning, afternoon, and night. They are actually a threat to my job as the morning rituals have made me late for work as I refuse to leave the house until they are completed. I have to enter every room or new textured ground on my right foot and I have an irrational fear of the number 6. Yup, I am nuts. I was on a low dose of amintryptiline for a while but it didn't do much. Any advice? Any similar situatios that you have learned to cope with? Any obnoxious comments from d*ck heads about how crazy I am?

I work 60 hours a week, never been on any form of government assistance and I am dirt poor. I am trying to continue with my education but my family could not afford to send me to school and assistance is not easy to come by at my age. But you all are condeming me to a life of poverty because you think tax breaks for the lower class is encouraging laziness? We weren't all born with a silver spoon people. Be honest, how many of you have been born into middle -upper class?

Seriously, we are not talking socialism here. This country offers much incentive to be successful. There is no Upper class person who is going to want to change places with a middle to lower class person if Obama's tax plan goes through. People who call that tax plan socialist are really just fascist!! Social responsibility is a democratic ideal!!
