Help! What can I do - I am a vampire.?
A couple of weeks ago I asked how I might become a vampire.
Thanks everyone for your advice.
I did manage to become undead but I have changed my mind.
I didn't realise how being a vampire would impact upon my life.
Now, I can only work night shifts and I find it impossible to eat pizza with any trace of garlic - I miss that soooooo much.
Actually, my life is quite miserable and I now know too late that I was okay the way I was - even though I used to complain.
Help, help, help . . . . what can I do?
8 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoHow can I become a vampire?
I desperately want to be a vampire.
I really want the beauty of eternal, undying love.
I have tried various religions but have been let down by all.
To become a vampire is now my desire but I don't know how to achieve this.
I have tried many things - I have not eaten garlic for many weeks, I have thrown away my Bible and destroyed all religious icons and I leave my bedroom window wide open every night in the hope that a bat might fly in and bite my neck.
Still, nothing has happened.
Can anyone give me advice on what to do?
Thanks in anticipation.
12 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoWho was Colonel Sanders? Was he from Kentucky?
Was he an actual Colonel? Did he hold that rank in the military? Someone once told me that in the Southern States after the Civil War, many people held on to their military titles and passed them onto their descendants as a mark that they came from families who participated in the fight against the Yankees. Is that true? Anyone got any information on this please?

1 AnswerQuotations9 years agoWhy did Norman Gunstan never enter politics?
Back in the 1980's I use to watch Norman Gunstan's documentaries and greatly enjoyed his refreshing honesty and reflection upon all aspects of Australian life.
I think that if he had ever entered the political arena he would have made a good politician.
It's a shame that he was not there to contest John Howard.
4 AnswersGeneral - Australia9 years agoWill time travel ever become a reality?
Do you think that anyone will ever invent and make a time machine?
If you had the ability to travel back in time, would you be prepared to make a huge self sacrifice which would benefit humanity and the course of history.
I have in mind for example, going back to when some tyrant was a child and murdering that kid - even though the consequence would be disasterous to yourself.
Examples are: Adolf Hitler, Augusto Pinochet, Sadam Husein and Tony Abbott.
6 AnswersGeneral - Australia9 years agoAny nominations for "UnAustralian of the Year"?
Whilst the award of "Australian of the Year" highlights the work and achievements of those who have contributed to society and inspired many of us, do you think that there should be a negative award to check and shame pricks who do nothing in the interests of our nation?
If there were such an award I would like to nominate Mr Kyle Sandiland who, in my opinion, consistenly displays contempt toward other people and puts to shame the basic human principals of mutual respect and co-operation.
Any thoughts or answers?
11 AnswersGeneral - Australia9 years agoAt the age of 42, am I too old to become a bee keeper?
Not just a little bit, not in a small measure - but ever such a lot, I want more than anything to produce honey on an industrial scale.
What's more, I want to produce the finest honey made from all manner of wild flowers which will be set upon the tables of kings, queens, the Prime Minister, politicians, the rich and famous, intellects and other types such as Tony Abbott.
What are my chances?

If someone said to you that tomorrow you would die - assuming you had your liberty, how would you try and spend your last day of life?
Is there someone special you would want to be with?
Would you do something you had always wanted to do?
Would you reflect upon your life or get blind drunk?
Would you seek revenge on someone?
Would you try and make amends for something you have regretted?
How would you spend your last day?

7 AnswersGeneral - Australia9 years agoWill future generations laugh uncontrollably when they hear the music of A L Webber?
How will the musicals of Andrew Lloyd Webber stand up to the test of time? In a hundred years from now, will he be hailed as a master of the genre and studied in musical academies worldwide? Or will his work be written off as pure shite?
1 AnswerPolls & Surveys9 years agoWas Rupert Bear a spy?
Is it true that in one of the Rupert Annuals during the 2000's Rupert and his friend Bill join the Hitler Youth Movement? Someone told me that Bill and Rupert travel to Berlin and become involved with a group of Nazis. Rupert swaps his red top for a brown shirt and Nazi insignia. But true to the lovable character which Alfred Bestall created, Rupert and Bill are really undercover spies for the French Resistance who have a plan to assassinate Hitler.
I have not been able to verify this. Does anyone have any information about this or able to let me know in which year the story appeared?

3 AnswersAuckland9 years agoIs Tony Blair a socialist?
I read this week that Mr Blair earned an average of 12 million pounds last year and managed to pay very little income tax on that figure. Is this a good example from an ex polititian and former Prime Minister who won the votes and confidence of the British public when he claimed to hold socialist ideals?

2 AnswersAuckland9 years agoIs it true that there is a curfew on cats in some parts of New Zealand?
Somebody told a friend of a friend of a cat I know, that in some towns in NZ there is a ban on cats going out at night.
Someone else I know who has a grey and white cat in Wellington said that this might perhaps, if it's true, be because cats have made a huge impact on the number of native birds (many being flightless of course) on account of them being NBKs (natural born killers).
I am curious to know if this true (if there is a curfew) because I don't think that cats are entirely to blame for the demise of native NZ birds.

Turn back the boats of assylum seekers from Indonesia. Does anyone think that Tony Abbott is desperate to find ways in which to attract the votes of Australians by trying to "look tough" on something which appeals to the hysterical misconceptions which people such as himself perpetuate?
