In April, I never got my period. Pregnancy test was negative, plus I got my period in May. Then this month (June), my period was suppose to come last Thursday. I had symptoms of cramping, bloating, and mood swings- my usual symptoms, but my period never came.

I am on birth control, I take it at the same time everyday, and my periods before this were always on time and regular. Besides being pregnant which again I don't think I am, what could cause me missing my period?

Memorial Day weekend I currently have plans with a friend of mine to celebrate her birthday, she will be 26. She has been talking about it for a while, and has been mentioning she is going to be mad if anyone backs out, it would be some friends going bar hoping. Well this morning I was informed by another friend that this same weekend our friend that we haven't seen in about a year plus,is visiting that same weekend from AZ. I would love to see her, but I have that friends birthday would be be extremely angry if I missed it. And I can't really do both as one is 4 hours away from the other. I just don't know when I will get to see the one friend from AZ again.

I just don't know what to do. As I know I made the one plans first, but then again my friend will be in town i haven't seen in a while.

What would you do?

Just curious if there is a real reason, or if they sometimes just to "talk".

Our 9 month old kitten, just meows all the time. And it can't be because she is hungry or thirsty as her bowls are full. And sometimes it can't be because she wants attention as she will bite you and/or walk away.

I have had the Sony DSC-TX5 camera for 6 months, but I have never used it underwater. I love it, and would love to try the underwater aspect as we are leaving for Roatan on Friday. I'm sure we will snorkel at some point, and it will be my 7 year old daughters first times snorkeling and I would LOVE to get pictures of that, but I'm nervous about using my camera to do so, and then it breaking. What I am asking is what is your experience with this camera?

I have these white patent knee boots that I bought for Halloween last year, and that has been the one time I have worn them. Well for Halloween this year I need black boots, and I don't really want to buy new ones, so I am wondering the best way to turn these boots black? Any ideas will be helpful.

My daughter is 6 1/2, and before you say anything please read! She has been a thumb sucker since she was an infant, it was her security item. She has been broken of the habit during the day but at night nothing is working. We tried a glove for a little while, but it bugged her when getting to sleep and then when we stopped it still ended up in her mouth most nights. We have been using a band aid, but it falls off about half the time, but the other half it works. She does it unconsciously in her sleep, so it's not like she is aware she is doing it. Any one have any suggestions onnhow to break a habit that is done unconsciously??

I have a presidential car window sticker on my car, I would like to finally take it off, but I'm not sure on the best way to do this?? I am guessing that it is not just going to peel off, I'm afraid to try and then get half a sticker on my car. Any suggestions??

My daughter some how talked me into a kitten about a week ago. I haven't had time to take her to the vet, but so far she has seemed healthy, eyes looked good, ears did as well, she was filling out, very active, used the little box, etc. Well this morning she threw up, and sorry if this is too much information but in her throw up there was something that looked like a thin light colored rubber band, but it was moving- is this worms?? I always thought that their tummy was suppose to be hard, and hers is not?? Or could this be something else?? Also I am wondering how serious worms are- I am going to take her to the vet as soon as I can hopefully this evening, bit just wondering how worries I should be about this little kitty.

I am meaning like your boyfriend/girlfriend that isn't your child's parent. My daughters are 6 1/2, their father is not in their lives. My boyfriend on the other hand has been in their lives for over 2 years. Anyway we were all over at a friends house last night and the kids were playing in the backyard, while we sat on the deck and chit chatted. Well I went inside to go to the bathroom, and I came outside and my boyfriend was in the middle of punishing my daughter, which was making her sit in the chair next for a time out. She was crying as she hates time out. I of course asked what happened and it was that she had pushed one of our friends little boy off the swing. So I thought it was fair that she was punished and she admitted to it.

Well my friend later when was helping in the kitchen confronted me about the situation and that she couldn't believe that I just allowed him to punish my daughter as he isn't their father. I just said that I did not see the incident and I was fine with it, I then changed the subject as I did not want to get into it with her.

Is it wrong that I let him discipline my children?? I want them to respect him and listen to him when I am not around and not think they can just get away with things?? Am I wrong for allowing this?? I ask because she was just dumbfounded that I did not say anything to him. Would you allow this??

For my kids chocolate or strawberry flavored milk is a treat or when we go out. As I don't think they need the extra sugar and they like plain milk. My niece on the other hand will not drink plain milk and will only drink it with flavoring, it could be she truly doesn't like it or my sister just gives into her all the time. I watch her during the week and I have never liked giving her the flavored milk, I try and encourage plain milk but it usually fails. She is only 3, but I get worried about all the sweets abs everything my sister allows her, she is not overweight and as I said she is only 3, but she does have my sisters body type, which she has fought with her weight all her life. My dilmnea though is it's really the only diary product my niece gets, as she is not a fan of cheese, and while she does like yogurt, I just rarely have it on hand. It is just hard to get healthy food into her at all. So do I continue with the flavored milk or just forget it completely and maybe try for putting yogurt on my grocery list??

I am on birth control pills, have been for about 2 years now. My periods have always been regular with it, came at pretty much the same time every month. Until last month, when my period was suppose to come, there was light spotting but that was about it. Then last week (Thursday) when I was still on my pills my normal period came lasted until Sunday. Now when my period came again this morning when it was originally suppose to come. Why 2 weeks in a row??

But you have no idea why or how they came to this opinion??

My animal loving child HATES squirrels. Why?? Who knows, she says it's because they are rats with furry tails and they bite. I don't recall her ever being bite by a squirrel.

She was crying pretty hard, and already her knee had a nice bump on it. It took me a few to convince her to bend it, but she could, and then I got her to walk inside and sit on the couch and put ice on it. Which she said walking hurt. She has stopped crying at least but still says it hurts to bend, but at least not in tears when she bends it. I am just wondering if I should be any more concerned than it hurts at the moment and will be fine soon and just have a nice bruise. What would you do??

My boyfriend and I just booked a cruise on Royal Caribbean in December, and I am just wondering if anyone has any advice to make sure it all goes smoothly, like are there things you wish you would have done, you did that you would again, or wish you wouldn't have done?

Like with the dining plans, the drink plans, the added gratuity, excursions?

I just want to say I over analyze and over think everything. Which I know I am doing with this as the context it is in, but I guess sometimes I need/want reassurance from the outside.

My boyfriend and I have been together for over 2 years.

Today, we were talking on the phone, and we are planning to book a cruise soon for December of this year. He was saying how excited he was, and I was too, and that I will be more when it is official. He then says, Yup, and then I can't break up with you for 6 months. And I said, oh thats good thats what you are thinking about, makes me feel good, and he said yeah, and then moved on.

I feel he was trying to make a joke, but it bothered me, but I let it go. What do you think??

I like using self tanner so I don't look like a ghost, and it works great...well except for on my hands. My palms always turn orange, and I wash them multiple times during the process, like I will do one arm and then wash my hands, but they still turn orange. Also I feel the wrists are hard to do as well, they are always blotchy, or uneven and look funny. Any tips??

I knew it would be a bad idea, but some friends were asking and I don't get out much, so I went at midnight to see Nightmare on Elm St. Well now I am scared to go to sleep, and I have to be up in less than 5 hours. Any ideas??

I am noticed I was bleeding lightly this morning, and now I have cramps. I am not suppose to start my period again until May 13th. What could be causing this??

My daughter's backpack smells, it kind of smells like a cat peed on it, but its not as strong as cat pee usually is, but it kind of smells musty as well. I know a cat did not pee on it, I'm just comparing the smell. I am not sure how the smell got there, the backpack is not even a year old. It is also only on the outside- not the inside. But I have sprayed it with Frebeeze ordor eliminating, it worked until it dried and then went back to smelling. How can I get rid of this smell??
